Bajor (above) played a large role in the Gothic Knights' 2-1 week … He ended with 22 kills (3.67/set) and six errors on 55 swings (.291 hitting) to go with 12 digs (2.00/set) and five total blocks (0.83/set) … Bajor started off with a match-best 11 kills and five errors on 28 swings (.214) to go with eight digs and a block in the 3-0 home loss to No. 1 Stevens … He and the Knights followed that match with a 3-0 NJAC win over Kean as Bajor had another match-best 11 kills with just one error on 27 swings (.37) to go with a pair of aces, four total blocks and four digs … He did not play in the quick three set win over first-year program Old Westbury to cap the week.
Libero of the Week
Daniel Esteva, New Jersey City University

Esteva (above) recorded 4.17 digs per set (25 total) and notched a perfect serve-receive, going 41 of 41 en route to his first Libero of the Week honor … Esteva began with a match-best 10 digs and an assist against Stevens and then followed that up with a dominant team-high 15 digs against Kean … He did not play in the victory over OW.
Rookie of the Week
Eli Waxman, Yeshiva
Freshman, Setter; Teaneck, N.J./The Frisch School
Waxman (below) helped Yeshiva start the season with a 1-1 record, including a road victory over Bryn Athyn … In Yeshiva's season opener against CCNY, Waxman totaled 10 assists and anchored the defense with five digs in his collegiate volleyball debut … He propelled YU to the victory at Bryn Athyn, generating three kills, 19 assists, eight digs and a pair of service aces.

Tyler Anderson led the Golden Eagles with 10 kills while hitting at a .667 clip in the team's lone match of the week.
