Thomas Jouanneau, Manhattanville

Jouanneau went a perfect 4-0 on the week, leading Manhattanville to a pair of victories from the top of the lineup. The graduate student dominated at No. 1 singles, surrendering just one total game across two matches with wins of 6-0, 6-0 and 6-0, 6-1. He added a pair of doubles victories, including a 6-0 win in Skyline play against St. Joseph’s–Long Island and a 6-1 decision against WestConn, helping extend the Valiants’ winning streak to three matches.

Rookie of the Week

Elouan Carretteur, Manhattanville
Freshman; Fontainebleau, France/Lycée International Francois Premier 1er

Charretteur posted a flawless 4-0 week across singles and doubles play, playing a key role in Manhattanville’s 2-0 performance. The freshman earned two victories at No. 1 doubles, including a 6-0 win in conference action, while also picking up a pair of straight-set wins at No. 3 singles. He allowed just two total games in singles competition, highlighted by 6-0, 6-1 and 6-1, 6-0 triumphs.

Honorable Mention

Aaron Zhao, Merchant Marine - Compiled a 6-2 combined record across singles and doubles during a four-match week for the Mariners. Competing at No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles, he earned three straight-set singles victories while also contributing three doubles wins, including 6-0, 6-1 and 6-2 decisions in team victories.
Eli Palagatshev,  Purchase - Went undefeated in a 2-1 week for Purchase, earning wins at both No. 1 singles and doubles. He secured straight-set victories of 6-1, 6-0 against Sarah Lawrence and 6-2, 6-3 over Yeshiva while remaining perfect across all completed matches.
Jacob Feit, Yeshiva - Helped lead Yeshiva to a strong week with multiple conference wins, highlighted by a three-set victory at No. 1 singles (4-6, 6-4, 10-6) against Farmingdale State. He also contributed wins in doubles play, including a 6-3 decision at No. 1 doubles and a 6-1 victory at No. 2 doubles.
