NEW YORK | The Skyline Conference has announced its 2026 Men’s Tennis All-Conference Team and major award winners, highlighted by Manhattanville University graduate student Thomas Jouanneau, who was selected as the Skyline Player of the Year.
Jouanneau turned in a dominant season at the top of the Valiants’ lineup, finishing 11-6 overall in singles and a perfect 6-0 in Skyline singles play. He posted an undefeated 10-0 record at No. 1 singles, including 5-0 in conference matches, while adding a 13-5 overall doubles mark and 7-0 Skyline doubles record. Jouanneau went unbeaten in conference play in both top-flight singles and doubles competition and was recognized as Skyline Player of the Week three times during the season.
Rookie of the Year honors went to Manhattanville first-year Elouan Charretteur, who made an immediate impact in his debut campaign. Charretteur compiled a 12-7 overall singles record and was a perfect 7-0 in Skyline singles matches, including a 9-2 mark at No. 3 singles. He also finished 12-6 overall in doubles play with a 7-0 conference doubles record, going undefeated in Skyline competition in both singles and doubles. Charretteur earned Skyline Rookie of the Week honors three times during the spring.
Farmingdale State head coach Adam Waterhouse was named Coach of the Year after guiding the Rams to a 7-1 Skyline campaign and the No. 2 seed in the championship tournament.
First Team: Farmingdale State led all programs with three First Team selections in Kwaku Agyeman, Zakaria Ahmed, and Devan Melandro. Manhattanville earned a pair of First Team honorees in Thomas Jouanneau and Kazuma Kato, while Jacob Feit (Yeshiva) and Eli Palagatshev (Purchase) rounded out the top squad.
Second Team: The Second Team featured standout performers from across the conference, including Fredrich Buquel and Brent Mathews of Merchant Marine, Israel Bussu and Aidan Stephen of Yeshiva, Elouan Charretteur of Manhattanville, and John Paul Corinni of Mount Saint Mary.
