Offensive Player of the Week

Henrik Ropstad, Old Westbury

Henrik Ropstad opened his sophomore campaign in impressive fashion, delivering a standout performance to lead Old Westbury to its first victory of the season. The second-year forward played a pivotal role in Friday’s 3-1 win over Baruch, scoring twice—including the game-winner—on just six shots.

Defensive Player of the Week

AJ Lucas, Manhattanville 
Senior, Keeper; Beacon, N.Y./Beacon


In his debut week as a Valiant, Lucas recorded seven saves and posted a 1.00 goals-against average. After making two saves in his Manhattanville debut on Friday against Plattsburgh, he followed up with a clean sheet on Saturday to secure his first win in a Valiant uniform—a shutout victory over Penn State Abington in which he tallied five saves.

Rookie of the Week

Carson Sadler, Maritime
Freshman, Forward/Midfield; Gilford, N.H./Gilford


Sadler made an immediate impact in his collegiate debut, racking up five points in a 4-1 win over Brooklyn on Friday. He opened the scoring in the 11th minute with a composed one-on-one finish, then assisted on a 28th-minute strike by Georgios Tsatalios. Capped off an impressive first outing with a second goal—this time a long-range blast from 30 yards out in the 39th minute.

Honorable Mention

Mt. St. Vincent’s sophomore forward, Sorin William, tallied three points, scoring one goal and adding an assist across five shots on goal in a 4-3 Dolphin win over John Jay… Senior forward, Nico Del Vescovo, played a key role in Manhattanville’s first win of the season, netting the Valiants’ opening goal of 2025; he rose up for a header in the 63rd minute on Saturday, delivering the game-winner in a 1-0 victory over Penn State Abington.
