Offensive Player of the Week

Carly Livingston, Farmingdale State
Junior, Attack; Farmingdale, N.Y./Farmingdale


Livingston spearheaded a 3-0 week for the Rams, totaling 20 points (12G, 8A), 14 ground balls, and eight caused turnovers. She recorded her third 10-point game of the season (7G, 3A) against Mount Saint Vincent and followed it with a career-high five caused turnovers and seven ground balls against Maritime. She capped the week with a seven-point outing against Old Westbury.

Defensive Player of the Week

Delisianna Naccarato, Mount Saint Mary
Junior, Midfield; Kingston, N.Y. / Kingston


Naccarato was a force across the field in a 2-0 week, totaling 10 caused turnovers, 10 ground balls, and five draw controls. In a win over Manhattanville, she recorded seven ground balls and four caused turnovers. She followed that with a six-takeaway performance in a historic victory over St. Joseph’s-Long Island. She also contributed significantly on offense with 11 points (8G, 3A) over the two games.

Rookie of the Week

Sarah Litz, Merchant Marine
Freshman, Attack; Westminster, Md./Mount De Sales Academy


Litz propelled the Mariners to a 2-0 week with eight points on six goals and two assists. The freshman was remarkably consistent, recording identical three-goal, one-assist performances in victories over Purchase and Mount Saint Vincent. She finished the week with an efficient .875 shot-on-goal percentage while adding three ground balls and three caused turnovers.

Honorable Mention

Shannon McGowan, Mount Saint Mary - Recorded nine points (6G, 3A) across two victories, including her 200th career point during the Knights' first-ever program win over St. Joseph’s-Long Island
Grace Picozzi, Merchant Marine - Tallied 16 points (11G, 5A) in two wins. She recorded nine points against Purchase and seven against Mount Saint Vincent, while adding 15 draw controls and eight caused turnovers
Leslie Wysong, Merchant Marine - Led the Mariners with 11 ground balls and 15 draw controls in a 2-0 week, while also contributing 12 points and six caused turnovers
