Rogers Appointed Associate Commissioner of the Skyline Conference

NEW YORK, NY | The Skyline Conference is proud to announce the appointment of Jackie Rogers as its new Associate Commissioner. Rogers brings over a decade of experience in collegiate athletics, with a proven track record in communications, strategic planning, and student-athlete advocacy.

Throughout her career, Rogers has worked closely with coaches, administrators, and student-athletes to enhance the visibility and impact of NCAA Division II and III athletics. She has led initiatives in branding and digital media, supported championship operations, and developed programs focused on student-athlete success both on and off the field.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jackie to the Skyline Conference leadership team," said Commissioner Melissa Reilly. "Her deep understanding of Division III values, innovative approach to communications, and collaborative spirit make her the ideal person to help lead the conference through its next phase of growth and visibility."

As Associate Commissioner, Rogers will support the conference’s strategic goals across a range of areas, including communications, championships, branding, compliance support, and student development. She will also play a key role in fostering engagement with member institutions, alumni, and the broader Division III community.

"I am incredibly honored to join the Skyline Conference in this new capacity," said Rogers. "The conference is rooted in academic excellence, athletic integrity, and community, and I look forward to building on its strong foundation to tell powerful stories, amplify student-athlete voices, and continue advancing the mission of Division III athletics."

Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Dowling College where she was also a four-year athlete. Her professional background spans athletic media relations, event operations, branding, and leadership development—experience that will support her efforts in advancing the conference’s mission and supporting its 12 member institutions.
