She collected six hits, scored three times, went 8 for 9 on stolen base attempts, and drove in a run ... Torres went 2 for 4 in the second game against William Paterson, stealing three bags along with an RBI and a run ... She recorded another four steals in a doubleheader at St. Joseph's-Brooklyn, while adding a pair of two-hit games to earn her first player of the week nod this season ... She scored twice in the opener, while hitting her eighth double of the year in the finale of that twin bill against the Bears.

She factored into five of FSC's seven runs (4 R, RBI) against Mount Saint Vincent with two extra-base hits and as many steals ... She added a 3-of-6 performance with two runs scored against St. Joseph's-Long Island to close the week.

Shinstine (above) allowed just one run over 12 innings of work, striking out 15 in the process to garner her fourth Skyline Pitcher of the Week award ... The ace tossed a seven-inning complete game in the opener at William Paterson, allowing one run on five hits, while striking out nine ... She pitched a five-inning complete game shutout against St. Joseph's-Brooklyn to close the week, surrendering only one hit as she punched out six more batters ... She moved her season ERA to 0.79 with 119 strikeouts.

Brooks (below) hit .700 across the four games for Manhattanville, driving in six runs while scoring five ... She recorded a hit in each game against William Paterson, scoring a run in each while driving in a run in the opener ... Brooks went 2 for 3 in the opener at St. Joseph's-Brooklyn with a double, two RBI and a run scored ... As an encore, she had her first career triple and home run as part of her 3-for-3 performance in the second game against the Bears, driving in three while scoring two more runs … This is her first Skyline Rookie of the Week award this season.

Farmingdale State sophomore pitcher Ava Shorr tossed her second no-hitter in a seven-day span (and fourth of career) and has now won nine-consecutive decisions after going 2-0 on the week with a 0.58 ERA and .071 batting average against … Sarah Lawrence sophomore shortstop Kristin Vargas totaled six hits, including a four-RBI effort as the Gryphons defeated Yeshiva; she reached base 10 times in the doubleheader and is now batting .308 on the season … Old Westbury sophomore third baseman Alaina Reilly hit .556 through four games with five hits, including two doubles and her first career home run against St. Joseph's-Brooklyn … Yeshiva senior outfielder Yael Dannenbaum went 4 for 6 with two runs batted in and just as many runs scored against SLC … Purchase senior infielder Brianna Palermo played all nine positions on the field on the week, batting nearly .600 with eight hits, including two doubles and two triples … In a 3-1 week for the Knights, Mount Saint Mary freshman infielder/outfielder Kaeli McAnally hit an even .500 (7 for 14) with eight runs scored, three RBI, a pair of stolen bases and a walk; she hit safely in three of the Mount's four games, picking up multiple hits on each occasion … St. Joseph’s-Long Island junior pitcher Julia Ruocchio threw 29.2 innings in six appearances with four complete games, finishing with two wins and 15 Ks; she was also 7 for 17 at the plate (.412 BA) over six games for the Golden Eagles … St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn outfielder Lauren Van Der Kamp batted .444 in the Bears' six-game week; she had five hits against Mount Saint Mary, including a 4-for-4 nightcap with an RBI and run scored … Mount Saint Mary junior pitcher Bridget Morris went 2-0 with a 3.18 earned run average over three appearances; she worked 17.0 total innings, posting one shutout, striking out 15 and allowing just a .207 batting average against … Purchase senior pitcher Tara Sasso recorded the first two no-hitters of her collegiate career in a sweep over Yeshiva, hurling back-to-back gems against the Maccabees.
