Ferrara (above) had a strong day in a doubleheader loss to Ramapo … Over the two games with the Roadrunners, who were receiving votes in the NFCA Top-25, Ferrara went 3 for 6 with a double, home run, two runs and two RBI … In the opener, Ferrara clubbed her first home run of the season before going 2 for 3 with a walk, double, run and RBI in the nightcap … This is her first Skyline Player of the Week award this season.

Shinstine (above) returned to action to take to the circle in Manhattanville’s doubleheader opener against Yeshiva ... She pitched three innings in a combined no-hitter – the fifth no-no of her collegiate career ... Shinstine recorded all nine of her outs by strikeout ... She helped her own cause at the plate, going 2 for 2 with a double, three RBI and a run scored … This is her third Skyline Pitcher of the Week honor this season.
 
Rookie of the Week

Serena Duran, Mount Saint Vincent  
Freshman, Pitcher/Outfielder; Yucaipa, Calif./Yucaipa

Duran's best start of the week came against York, where she pitched a complete game no-hitter, striking out seven along the way … Duran (below) also picked up the win after throwing in 4.2 innings and allowing just two runs … She also went 3 for 4 across four games, droving in three runs and scoring three times while collecting three walks in the process.

Honor Roll

St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn infielder Bella Gomez recorded base hits in each of the Bears' four games in their 3-1 week, highlighted by a 3-for-5 game with a double and three RBI against Brooklyn College … St. Joseph’s-Long Island sophomore catcher/third baseman Mariah Salvatto went 3 for 6 with two doubles in two games on the week … St. Joseph’s-Long Island freshman catcher Antonia Busa recorded a .625 batting average, going 5 for 8 at the plate … St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn freshman pitcher/first baseman Brooke Horn struck out nine batters against Hunter in eight innings of work, surpassing her previous strikeout high to preserve the Bears' extra-inning 5-2 win over the Hawks … Mount Saint Mary freshman pitcher Grace MacDonald worked a complete game against Ramapo, allowing two earned runs while striking out two … Manhattanville freshman infielder Sydni Brooks led the Valiants with a 5-for-6 effort at the plate in the team’s doubleheader sweep of Yeshiva, driving in four runs and scoring four  times herself in the twin bill … Manhattanville sophomore utility player Olivia Fasce drove in four runs in the Valiants’ game-two win over Yeshiva, going 2 for 2 at the plate in the win, delivering a pair of bases loaded singles.
