Against Cedar Crest, Cabanillas (above) placed first in the 200-yard freestyle (2:15.86) in the final meet for St. Joseph's-Long Island before the Skyline Championships on Jan. 28-29 ... In the victory, she also finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:51.31) en route to her third Skyline Swimmer of the Week honor this winter ... In addition, the sophomore standout competed in the 400-yard medley relay team, which captured first (4:41.69) and helped the Golden Eagles take another team first in the 400-yard freestyle relay (4:25.85).
Rookie of the Week

Freshman; Surprise, Ariz./Willow Canyon
Williams (below) garners her second Rookie of the Week honor this season after finishing first in the 200-yard butterfly (2:33.78) against Cedar Crest in the team's lone action of the week ... In St. Joseph's-LI's first meet since the ECACs Championships before the holiday break, the freshman wracked up another win, placing first in the 200-yard backstroke (2:29.41) ... She also notched an individual first-place in the 100-yard butterfly (1:07.53) and took part in the 400-yard medley relay that finished first (4:41.69).
