Lunsford delivered an impressive performance at the TCNJ Invite, earning seven top-eight finishes across three days. The junior posted lifetime bests while placing second in both the 50 free (24.89) and 100 free (53.87), added a third-place showing in the 200 free and took sixth in the 100 fly. She also contributed to two third-place relay finishes and a sixth-place medley relay result, anchoring USMMA’s strong weekend against elite regional competition 

Diver of the Week

Victoria Crofford, Merchant Marine
Junior; Fairfax, Va./St. Paul VI

Competing against a deep field at the TCNJ Invite, Crofford earned eighth-place finishes on both the one-meter (254.10) and three-meter (229.45) boards.

Rookie of the Week
 
Kaitlyn Adams, Merchant Marine 
Freshman; King George, Va./King George

Adams impressed, recording four top-10 results at the TCNJ Invite. The freshman placed seventh in the 200 backstroke (2:18.99) and ninth in the 100 back with a personal-best 1:02.09, while also helping USMMA’s 200 free relay finish third and the 200 medley relay place sixth.

Honorable Mention
Kayla Nicholas, Mount Saint Mary- Delivered a dominant two-meet stretch, winning five individual events while breaking two Delhi pool records—topping the 50 backstroke in 31.34 and the 100 IM in 1:07.73. She added victories in the 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly, and 100 freestyle, along with a relay runner-up finish, leading the Knights across multiple disciplines throughout the weekend
Keilani Talma, Sarah Lawrence - Powered the Gryphons to a weekend sweep, collecting three individual victories and three runner-up finishes. She won both the 100 butterfly and 200 freestyle and anchored the winning 400 free relay, while also securing second-place results in the 100 free and two relay events to cap another standout showing.
