Monti collected three individual victories and four total top-two finishes across two meets. Monti swept the 200 breaststroke (2:36.52) and 200 individual medley (2:20.62) while adding a runner-up finish in the 100 breaststroke (1:13.68) and serving as the breaststroke leg on the 200 medley relay. Later in the week, she added another win in the 200 freestyle (2:13.08) and contributed in both the 100 butterfly and 200 free relay.

Diver of the Week

Victoria Crofford, Merchant Marine
Junior; Fairfax, Va./St. Paul VI

Crofford swept both boards in Friday night’s Skyline quad meet, helping lead USMMA to a trio of conference victories. Crofford captured the three-meter event with a score of 119.78 before securing the one-meter title with 124.20 points, posting winning margins in both disciplines.

Rookie of the Week
 
Kaitlyn Adams, Merchant Marine 
Freshman; King George, Va./King George

Adams raced to four total victories while showcasing elite backstroke consistency. Adams swept the backstroke events in Friday’s Skyline quad meet—winning the 100 back (1:04.63) and 200 back (2:20.91)—and played a pivotal role on two winning relays. She led off both the 200 medley relay (1:56.04) and the 400 freestyle relay (4:11.55)

Honorable Mention
Isabel Lunsford, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy - Lunsford posted a pair of strong individual wins during USMMA’s Skyline quad-meet sweep, touching first in the 50 freestyle (25.63) and 100 butterfly (1:02.29)
Keilani Talma, Sarah Lawrence - Talma won the 100 butterfly (1:05.19) by more than four seconds, anchored the Gryphons’ winning 200 free relay, and placed second in the 200 freestyle
