Talma delivered another standout performance for the Gryphons, earning two individual victories and a strong relay showing during Saturday’s tri-meet against Mount Saint Mary and Division II College of Staten Island. The senior led the field in the 200-yard freestyle (2:06.34) and the 200-yard butterfly, winning both events by comfortable margins over swimmers from both visiting programs. She also swam the third leg of Sarah Lawrence’s 200-yard medley relay, helping the squad finish first among Skyline competitors by more than ten seconds.

Bay continued to impress in her debut season, contributing key points for the Gryphons at the weekend tri-meet. The first-year swimmer earned a pair of top-three individual finishes, highlighted by a strong showing in the 100-yard backstroke, where she placed second among Skyline competitors, and a third-place effort in the 200-yard individual medley. Bay’s versatility across strokes and distances has made her an early-season difference-maker for Sarah Lawrence.
Honorable Mention
Angelina Mainiero – Mount Saint Mary - Mainiero turned in a productive two-day stretch for the Knights, capturing two wins and two runner-up finishes across dual-meet competition. The senior swept the 200- and 100-yard freestyle events in a victory over Lehman before adding a pair of top-five finishes in the tri-meet at Sarah Lawrence and CSI, including a second-place swim in the 1,000-yard freestyle.
