Player of the Week

Antonia Busa, St. Joseph's-Long Island  
Junior, Catcher/Infielder; Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa

Busa (above) led the Golden Eagles to a Skyline sweep over Yeshiva, finishing with five hits on six appearances, good for a .833 batting average at the plate ... The junior collected one double, one triple, and three stolen bases ... At shortstop, she recorded five runs and five RBI as she added five putouts and two assists in the field on her way to the weekly nod.  

Pitcher of the Week

Jori Wilkendorf, Manhattanville 
Sophomore; Livermore, Calif./Livermore

Wilkendorf (above) pitched a gem in her season debut, throwing six innings, while allowing three runs on five hits against Occidental ... She struck out a pair of batters in the win, and retired the last six batters in order to close out the victory. 

Rookie of the Week

Madison White, Mount Saint Mary 
Freshman, Catcher/Third Baseman; St. Michaels, Md./St. Michaels  

White (below) went 1 for 3 with an RBI for her first career hit and RBI against Albertus Magnus ... She also went 2 for 3 with a double and a run scored against Carroll University on the week, earning her first career Rookie of the Week nod in the first week of conference reporting.

Honor Roll

Manhattanville junior outfielder Cady Sickler delivered the biggest hit of the weekend for the Valiants, delivering a two-run double in the team's doubleheader finale against Occidental that broke a 4-4 tie and led to the program's first win of the season; she also scored a run earlier in the game … Yeshiva sophomore catcher Galit Roth batted .375 over four games; against York, she scored  two runs and then in the second game against them, scored three times, collecting two hits, and an RBI.
