Heiderstadt (above) went 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA over 10 innings in two starts against John Jay and Union, respectively ... He tallied 11 strikeouts, the fourth-most for a single-game in program history, in the 17-5 victory over John Jay ... Nine of the first 10 outs he recorded were via strikeout, including fanning the side in both the second and third, part of a string of eight consecutive Ks ... He allowed two runs on three hits over five innings in the game and gave up just two hits and an unearned run in five innings against Union, as the Privateers beat them 4-1 to complete a doubleheader sweep.

Granucci (below) hit the first two home runs of his collegiate career against John Jay ... He crushed a two-run shot to right center in the second inning, then belted a grand slam to right in the fourth ... He finished with six RBI, one shy of the Maritime single-game record ... After scoring a run in the first game of a doubleheader with Union, he had three hits, an RBI and a run scored in the second game ... Granucci had a .750 batting average (6 for 8), crossing the plate five times and knocking in seven across the three contests.
