Nikiema (above) lifted the Panthers to two victories on the week ... Over two games, both Skyline wins, Nikiema averaged 20.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 3.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per game ... He also shot 53.1 percent from the field, earning his second PofW honor this winter.

Jake Devaney, Maritime

Devaney (above) averaged 18.5 points and 8.5 rebounds, while shooting 50 percent from the field in a pair of conference wins for Maritime ... He tallied 13 points and added seven boards in a 69-57 victory over U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and also notched three assists, two blocks and two steals against the Mariners ... He then had his second double-double of the season at St. Joseph's-Brooklyn, matching his career high with 24 points to go along with 10 boards ... In that contest, Devaney hit back-to-back 3s during a personal 9-0 run, as the Privateers turned a 35-32 deficit into a 41-35 lead ... In the process, Maritime came back from 12 points down in the first half to notch a 68-60 triumph.

Yeshiva junior guard Zevi Samet had two dominant performance against conference foes, leading the Macs to a tough OT win against Manhattanville; versus Sarah Lawrence, he tallied 25 points, five rebounds, three assists and one steal, and against Manhattanville, he put up 20 points, three rebounds, three assists and one steal ... U.S. Merchant Marine Academy senior forward Drew Zalescik led the Mariners with 22 points and 11.5 rebounds per game over their two Skyline matchups; the senior just missed out on a double-double with 19 points and nine boards against the Privateers and nearly guided the Mariners' to a comeback win over the Golden Eagles with a double-double effort of 25 points and 14 rebounds to go along with four assists ... Farmingdale state junior guard Sean Conroy averaged 14.5 points and 5.5 assists per game over the Rams' 2-0 Skyline week, shooting .526 from the field along the way; at St. Joseph's-Long Island, he dropped in 15 points while dishing a career-high six assists, and went 4 of 4 at the free-throw line in the game's final minute to ice the victory before following that performance by leading four FSC players in double-figure scoring with 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting to go with five boards and as many assists against Old Westbury.
