NEW YORK I In conjunction with the Skyline Conference Officiating Committee, commissioner Melissa Reilly announces new multi-year agreements for the league’s coordinators of officials.

Confirmed coordinators are:

Mark Garcia - Mid-Atlantic Soccer Officials (MASO) - M/W Soccer
Michael Schmidt - Women's Basketball
Mel Chettum - Men's Basketball
Nick Zibelli - College Baseball Umpiring Association (CBUAO) - Baseball
Deborah Martin - Women's Lacrosse
Steve Miller - Men's Lacrosse
Paul DeCurtis - M/W Volleyball
Brandon Cruz - All Sports Assigning Professionals, Inc. (ASAP) - Softball

The coordinators will assign officials in addition to working with the conference’s coaches and institutions to evaluate game performances during the season and communicate rules changes and interpretations. They will also coordinate educational opportunities for officials and coaches on the intricacies of collegiate officiating. Their responsibilities also include recruiting and training officials for the Skyline.  

“We are excited to partner with these individuals who will assign, evaluate and build our pool of officials across our Skyline team sports,” Reilly said. “Signing multi-year agreements allows our assignors to build stronger relationships with our administrators and coaches as well as provides stability and budget planning.  A very special 'thank you' to our committee for their time and insight during this process.”
