For the second time this season, Collings (above) is Player of the Week … She cruised to an undefeated 4-0 record for Farmingdale State in a 2-0 Skyline week the Rams … In the 9-0 shutout against Manhattanville, Collings and Mackenzie Gisler earned an 8-1 win at No. 2 doubles … Collings then won 6-2, 6-1 at second singles … In the 8-1 win at Purchase, Collings and MacKenzie Gisler, last week’s Player of the Week, captured an 8-3 win at second doubles before Collings earned a 6-0, 7-5 victory at No. 2 singles.

Rookie of the Week

For the second time this fall, Podlesny (above) collects Rookie of the Week honors … In an 8-1 team win over Mount Saint Mary, she record an 8-5 at first doubles and a 7-6, 6-2 victory at No. 1 singles … Backed by Podlesny’s play, the Golden Eagles entered the week with a perfect 4-0 mark in league play and sporting a 5-2 overall record.   

Honor Roll

St. Joseph’s-Long Island junior Madison DiPalo won 6-4, 6-1 at No. 3 singles against MSMC, adding a victory in second doubles against the Knights … In a 2-0 week for Farmingdale State, freshman Amanda Jones was 4-0 in her matches, earning a first-doubles win and a third-singles victory against Manhattanville and the same combination in a win over Purchase … Mount Saint Mary junior Carly Green picked up the Mount's lone win at St. Joseph's-LI, playing at second singles, outlasting her opponent 3-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-8).
