Chambers (above) batted .474 (9 for 19) with a team-best 11 RBI in five games …  He had one double, one triple and two home runs for a .974 slugging percentage en route to being named Skyline Player of the Week … He hit safely in all five games, had four multi-RBI contests and scored five runs.

Reistetter (above) tossed a complete game in a win against Maritime, allowing one earned run and striking out eight in 7.0 innings of work … He finished the week 1-0 with a 1.29 ERA, earning his second Skyline Pitcher of the Week this spring … He also batted .476 (10 for 21) with five doubles, three triples and five RBI, posting a 1.000 slugging percentage and scoring nine runs.
 
Rookie of the Week

Chris Goohs, Manhattanville
Freshman, Infielder; Nesconset, N.Y./Smithtown East
 
Goohs (below) pieced together a five-game hit streak over the week, batting .500 … He totaled eight hits with six RBI and six runs scored ... After collecting a hit and a run against No. 8 Eastern Connecticut, Goohs had his best games of his young career in a doubleheader against Yeshiva ... He drove in five runs on three hits, including his first career double in the opener against the Maccabees ... As an encore, he notched another pair of hits, including his first career triple, with another RBI and two runs scored ... He had a hit in each game against Saint Elizabeth to close the week, scoring twice in the game-two win against the Eagles … This is his first Skyline Rookie of the Week this spring.

St. Joseph’s junior second baseman Joe Sanguedolce went 8 for 18 with two doubles for a .444 BA in a 5-0 week for the Golden Eagles; he had the game-winning walk-off RBI in the bottom of the ninth in an 11-10 win over Old Westbury … Maritime junior outfielder Matt Milone hit for the program’s first-ever cycle in an 11-2 non-conference win at FDU-Florham; he homered in the second, doubled in the third, singled in the fourth and completed the cycle with a triple in the sixth before adding another RBI double in the seventh to finish the game 5 for 5 with four RBI – for the week, he posted a .625 (10 for 16) average with two home runs, two doubles, a triple, four runs scored and nine RBI … Mount Saint Mary grad student outfielder Jack Goodwin hit .462 (6 for 13), with seven runs scored, six RBI, a triple, a home run and a pair of stolen bases … St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn senior shortstop Lucas Collet went 10 for 19 with three extra-base hits, four RBI, three runs scored and five stolen bases … Purchase junior third baseman Trevor Zanderzuk went 7 for 14 with a double, a triple and a home run, collecting nine RBI, five runs, three walks, two stolen bases and one HBP over four games … Manhattanville grad student designated hitter/first baseman Tyler Mandel drove in seven runs while scoring four of his own across five games for the Valiants … Old Westbury sophomore third baseman Nick Papageorge hit .526 across five games with 10 hits, a double, three RBI, seven runs scored and two stolen bases … Mount Saint Mary freshman designated hitter/outfielder Aidan Marshall batted .429 (6 for 14) over four games … Manhattanville junior pitcher Jay Lockwood made program history in his first start of the season at Yeshiva, striking out 15 batters in a complete-game victory, which set a new single-game benchmark for Valiant pitchers … Old Westbury grad student pitcher Justin Aviles hurled a seven-inning complete game for the win against Mount Saint Mary, allowing two runs on seven hits with eight strikeouts … St. Joseph’s sophomore pitcher Dante Morabito tossed seven scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts in two appearances out of the pen for the Golden Eagles; he is currently second in the Skyline in ERA, while allowing the fewest runs and walks in the conference.
