Finnegan (above) paced the second-seeded Roadrunners in kills, digs and aces, while also ranking among the best in several statistical categories across the Skyline. The two-time Skyline Player of the Week led the league in kills and points, and is fifth in hitting percentage, as well as top 10 in digs and aces. He anchored a Ramapo squad that reached the conference final and fell to top-seeded St. Joseph's-Long Island in a five-set thriller.

Perales (below) is a two-time Skyline Rookie of the Week and finished the conference regular season among the top 10 in hitting, kills/set and points/set against the league's best. He helped the Gothic Knights secure the third set in the league's championship before falling to runner-up Ramapo in the semifinals.

Kropp, who shared Coach of the Year honors in 2022 with NJCU's Carlo Edra, guided St. Joseph's-Long Island to a perfect 14-0 record in league play in 2023, while posting an overall mark of 22-8 on his way to winning the award outright this spring. The Golden Eagles punched their ticket to the NCAAs in the championship win over Ramapo, capturing the Skyline's automatic bid to the tournament that begins later this week. St. Joseph's-LI will matchup with Messiah in the opening round. Kropp is in his seventh season as the Golden Eagles' head coach, and has now reached five straight conference finals, winning back-to-back championships.
