Sheedy (above left) caps the season as a four-time Skyline Runner of the Week after topping the individual results in the 2022 Skyline Conference Cross Country Championships … Sheedy won the race, completing the 6K in 24:14.4 to earn not only Runner of the Year, but Rookie of the Year honors, too … Her standout performance helped the USMMA women secure a conference-record 15th championship.
