St. Joseph's-Long Island's Tim Woodford struck out 16 in a one-run, five-hit complete game against Yeshiva...Mount Saint Vincent righty Peter Sanderson scattered five hits and struck out nine over eight innings pitched for the Dolphins, including a seven-inning complete-game blanking Saturday against St. Joseph's-Brooklyn...Sanderson's teammate, Anthony Nocero (.458, 6 R, 2 XBH), hit safely in all five contests...Old Westbury righty Adam Heidenfelder picked up two complete-game, one-run-allowed victories on the bump for the Panthers, while USMMA senior righty Andrew Spinnenweber picked up his school-record 14th complete game of his career in a seven-inning blanking with nine strikeouts against Purchase...Mount Saint Mary sophomore Michael DiGiovanni (6-for-13; 3.2 scoreless relief innings) and St. Joseph's-Long Island senior Anthony Raucci (10-for-24) each hit .458-plus on the week...Old Westbury sophomore Mike Manetta (.724) and Farmingdale State junior Vincent Rice (.682) each posted solid slugging numbers with four-plus extra-base hits apiece.
