Derwin totaled four goals and one assist for nine points as Merchant Marine went 2-0 on the week. He scored the game-winning goal in a 2-0 road victory over defending Skyline champion St. Joseph’s-Long Island before recording his first career hat trick and adding an assist in a 7-0 win over St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn.

Ethan Howell, Merchant Marine

Howell did not allow a goal across 135 minutes, recording six saves as Merchant Marine posted two shutout victories. He made five saves in a 2-0 road win over defending Skyline champion St. Joseph’s-Long Island before adding a save in 45 minutes of a 7-0 victory over St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn.

Brady Patrick, Mount Saint Mary
Freshman, Midfield; West Babylon, N.Y./West Babylon

Patrick scored the game-winning goal in Mount Saint Mary’s 2-1 road victory over St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn, helping the Knights secure their second straight win to open Skyline play. The freshman midfielder played 83 minutes and recorded three shots in the victory.

Dallas Vas, Farmingdale St. - Recorded six saves and his first shutout of the season in a 1-0 road victory over Maritime
Luis Del Riego, Manhattanville  - Helped the Valiants to a 2-0 week, assisting on the 85th-minute game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Old Westbury before playing all 90 minutes in a 2-0 shutout at Maritime
Ivan Pudelka, Sarah Lawrence - Totaled three goals and one assist for seven points across two victories, scoring both goals, including the game-winner, in a 2-1 conference win at Yeshiva
