Newman totaled three goals and one assist for seven points across two matches. He recorded a hat trick and an assist in a 5-3 victory over Baruch, becoming the first Farmingdale State player to record a hat trick in his collegiate debut.

Defensive Player of the Week
Jesse James de Ruiter, Manhattanville
Junior, Keeper; Hoensbroek, Netherlands/Eijkhagen Charlemagne College

De Ruiter posted back-to-back shutouts across 180 minutes, making three saves as Manhattanville went 1-0-1. He blanked Rutgers-Newark in a scoreless draw before making two saves in a 1-0 Skyline-opening victory over Farmingdale State.

Johan Gran, Old Westbury - Recorded two goals and one assist for five points, accounting for all three Old Westbury goals in a 3-2 victory over Purchase
Ethan Howell, Merchant Marine  - Allowed just one goal across 180 minutes, making five saves and posting a shutout in a 2-0 victory over Sarah Lawrence
Yakob Muller, Maritime - Scored twice in a 5-0 victory over St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn, helping Maritime earn its first Skyline-opening win since 2018
