Monti (above) led the Golden Eagles with three first-place finishes in their meet against Brooklyn College and SUNY Maritime ... The sophomore secured first-place finishes in the 200-yard individual medley (2:23.40), and the 100-yard butterfly (1:04.56) ... She added another first place finish in the 100-yard backstroke (1:12.61). 

Diver of the Week 

Sophie Glinder, Sarah Lawrence                                                                        
Freshman; Atherton, Calif./Menlo-Atherton

Glinder (above) became the first diver at Sarah Lawrence, placing sixth in the IM diving competition at the College of Staten Island Invitational ... Glinder was the top DIII diver in the event, helping the Gryphons to a fourth-place finish, improving one spot over last seaon's result. 

Rookie of the Week  

Georgia Magditch, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy                                                                                   
Freshman, Allentown Pa./Emmaus 

Magditch (below) was a part of five top-eight finishes for the Mariners at the TCNJ Invitational – three in individual events and two as part of a relay ... She placed third in the 400 Individual Medley in 4:52.25, fourth in the 200 Backstroke in 2:12.25 and seventh in the 200 Breaststroke in 2:32.85 ... Magditch was also a member of the 400 Medley Relay team that placed seventh in 4:11.31 and the 200 Medley Relay that came in fifth in 1:53.61.

Honor Roll

Sarah Lawrence junior Keilani Talma earned two second-place finishes in the CSI Invitational, beating out top swimmers from DII and DIII schools in the event; the junior from Barbados finished three-tenths of a second behind the leader in the 100 Butterfly, while setting a season-best time of 1:00.96 and then took home second place in the 200 Freestyle, finishing in 2:03.24 before earning a sixth-place finish in the 50 Freestyle, leading all Skyline and DIII swimmers ...  U.S. Merchant Marine Academy freshman Megan Hu was a part of six top-eight finishes for the Mariners at the TCNJ Invitational – three in individual races and three as part of relay teams; she placed fifth in the 100 Breast in 1:09.13 and sixth in both the 200 Breast (2:32.57) and the 200 Butterfly (2:18.77), and was also a member of the 400 Medley Relay that came in seventh in 4:11.31, the 200 Medley Relay that placed fifth in 1:53.61, and the 400 Free Relay that came in fourth in 3:44.69 ... Mount Saint Mary sophomore Megan Wurster had her season best times in the 500 Freestyle, 1000 Freestyle and the 400 IM during the CSI Invitational.
