Kazos (above) led the Gryphons to a 4-0 week, including a pair of Skyline wins over previously undefeated St. Joseph's-Brooklyn as well as Maritime … Kazos totaled 45 kills, 30 digs, 2.5 blocks and six aces on the week, despite not seeing the court for much of the team's two non-conference victories … Her best performance of the week came in SLC's win over SJBK, a 15-kill and 11-dig effort with four aces to propel the Gryphons into second place in the conference standings … The junior did not slow down, putting together another double-double against Maritime just two days later to give the Gryphons another important conference victory.

Grace Ballagas, Manhattanville
Senior; Carolina, Puerto Rico/Robinson School
Ballagas (above) helped the Valiants move into sole possession of first place in the conference in the team's lone action … In a win over Farmingdale State, she tallied 33 digs, seven assists and a pair of aces.
Kaille Ferguson, Sarah Lawerence
Graduate student; Las Vegas, Nevada/Rancho High School
Ferguson (above) played her best match of the season to date in SLC's 3-1 win over St. Joseph's-Brooklyn, totaling 28 digs to lead all players, while also sprinkling in three assists … The grad student has been a reliable force all season … She totaled 47 digs in 11 sets and added in a pair of aces in limited play against CCNY.
Rookie of the Week
Julianna Simone, Mount Saint Mary
Freshman, Outside Hitter; Nanuet, N.Y./Nanuet
Simone (below) takes home the honor after posting 12 kills, two aces, 15 digs, one assist, one block assist and 14.5 points against Purchase; 9 kills, 10 digs (9.0 points) against St. Joseph’s-Long Island; and another 13 kills, one assist, one ace, 12 digs and one block assist (14.5 points) against King’s College.

Jackie Wolf led the Golden Eagles with 36 kills, averaging four kills per set across three matches; she added 35 digs, 3.89 digs per set and five aces and knocked down double-digit kills in all three matches with 10 against Old Westbury with three aces, 11 kills and 15 digs in a sweep of Mount Saint Mary, and 15 kills and 13 digs against King's College … Farmingdale State senior middle hitter
Mikayla Profeta hit .194 (30-10-103), while averaging 4.56 points, 3.75 kills, 0.5 service aces and total blocks per set as the Rams went 1-1 against two of the top teams in the Skyline; in a sweep at USMMA, she led all players with 17.5 points on 16 kills, 11 digs and a .261 hitting percentage and then in a five-set marathon against defending champion Manhattanville, she added a match-high 19.0 points with 14 kills, three aces and three total blocks (one solo) … U.S. Merchant Marine Academy junior libero
Stephanie Schatzman averaged 8.33 digs per set over six sets in a 3-0 home loss to Farmingdale State and a 3-0 home win over St. Joseph's-Brooklyn; she had 29 in the loss to the Rams and followed that up with 21 against the Bears.
