Zamudio (above) helped the Knights to a victory at the Mitchell Invite II and followed that up with a third-place finish at the Yeshiva Invitational … He finished tied for fourth at Mitchell with an 80 and was the Knights’ top finisher against YU, carding a 77.

Farmingdale junior Chris Iguchi finished in an eighth-place tie at the inaugural George Cangero Invitational, registering a plus-3 total of 143 on the weekend, including a career-best 69 in the final round … In his team’s own invite, Yeshiva senior Zachary Perl finished second overall with a 76, leading the Maccabees to silver … Mount Saint Mary graduate student Patrick Shea led the Knights to a win at the Mitchell Invite II, firing a season-best score 74 on the par-71 course … Manhattanville freshman Corey Popowcer tied for fifth overall at the Yeshiva Invitational.
