NEW YORK | The Skyline Conference's head men's cross country head coaches have voted on their preseason coaches poll for the 2022 campaign, and defending champion United States Merchant Marine Academy garnered the top spot in the ledger.

The Mariners won last season's Skyline Conference Championship race. SUNY Maritime College follows immediately behind and checks in at the second position in the voting. Farmingdale State College and Yeshiva University round out the top four programs.
 
Yeshiva, Purchase, Mount Saint Mary, St. Joseph’s College-Long Island, Mount Saint Vincent, Manhattanville, Sarah Lawrence, St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn and Old Westbury complete the rankings. 

The 2022 Skyline Conference Cross Country Championships are slated for Sunday, Oct. 23, at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome in Milton, N.Y. The championships will be hosted by MSMC.
