Cabanillas (above) broke St. Joseph's-Long Island's program record in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:57.64 at the ECAC Championships ... The sophomore's time in the prelims of the 200 Free (2:11.00) was a season-best as was her time in the 100 Free (1:00.08) … This is her second Swimmer of the Week award of the season.

Diver of the Week

Kristin Browne, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy
Junior; Massapequa, N.Y./Farmingdale

Browne (above) finished in third place in both the one-meter dive (342.15) and the three-meter dive (310.70) at the highly competitive TCNJ Invitational, helping lead the Mariners to their highest point total at the event in program history.

Rookie of the Week

Ashlyn Williams, St. Joseph's-Long Island
Freshman; Surprise, Ariz./Willow Canyon

Williams (below) turned in season-best performances in the 50 Free with a time of 26.69 – fourth on the St. Joseph's-Long Island all-time list – and in the 200 Back (2:29.03) … The latter good enough for fifth all-time for the Golden Eagles.

Honor Roll

USMMA junior Camden Martin came in first place in the 200 Backstroke (2:07.77) and second place in the 100 Back (58.90) at the TCNJ Invite … Mount Saint Mary junior Kitty Masayda swam to a seventh-place finish in the 200-yard IM (2:34.16) before posting fourth-place finishes in both the 400-yard IM (5:33.15) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:47.30) to close the week … USMMA freshman Jessica Felske had a second-place finish in the 100 Breaststroke (1:09.74) and a fifth-place finish in the 200 Breast (2:34.29), both season best times … Mount Saint Mary freshman Grace MacHugh continued her strong rookie campaign at the two-day College of Staten Island Invitational, highlighted by a third-place finish in the 400-yard IM (5:25.16).
