Polytechnic University freshman catcher Tara Bucci came up with a clutch hit in leading the Blue Jays to a 3-2, 8-inning victory over second-seeded Farmingdale State College in the semifinals of the Skyline tournament. Bucci’s two-out single to center in the top of the eighth drove in the game-winning run and sent Polytechnic on to the championship game.
