SUNY Old Westbury freshman shortstop Maria Canino batted .615 (8-for-13) with a double, triple, home run, six runs batted in and five runs scored in four games last week. Canino capped the regular season by batting .485 with 11 home runs and 46 runs batted in. She also has six doubles and five triples for an impressive .990 slugging percentage.
