SUNY College at Old Westbury shortstop Maria Canino continues to display impressive power in her first season. Canino batted .636 with a double, triple, three home runs and 12 runs batted in as the Panthers went 3-1. In a Skyline doubleheader with Purchase, she had two homers and seven runs batted in.. Canino also went 5-for-8 with five RBI against St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn.
