Senior Jackie Markert was named MVP of the Plattsburgh tournament after leading Mount Saint Mary to the title. Markert had 22 points and nine rebounds in a double-overtime victory over Western Connecticut in the Blue Knights' season-opener. She added a double-double - 11 points and 12 rebounds against Plattsburgh in the championship.
