Junior setter/outside hitter Aleks Romano averaged 3.42 kills, 3.67 digs and 3.58 assists while hitting an impressive .665 (41-8-64) in a 2-1 week for Bard College. In a tough five-game loss to Bay Path, Romano recorded 15 kills, 22 digs and 11 assists. She then helped the Raptors to their first two victories of the season in a tri-match sweep of Sarah Lawrence and Maritime. In the 3-0 victory over Sarah Lawrence, Romano hit .688 with 11 kills, 14 assists and six service aces. She contributed 15 kills, 18 assists and 10 digs in a 3-1 win over Maritime.
