Purchase College freshman Melanie Lopez was perfect in singles and doubles play in three matches last week. Lopez picked up victories at first singles against Russell Sage, Sarah Lawrence and St. Elizabeth without dropping a set. She also teamed with senior Margo Van Hoy to record three victories at first doubles. For the season, Lopez improved to 7-3 at first singles and 8-3 at first doubles.
