Bard College freshman Eva Steinmetz displayed her versatility by averaging 2.20 kills, 3.80 assists and 0.80 service aces as the Raptors dropped a narrow 3-2 decision to Becker in their season opener. Steinmetz was second on the team with 11 kills while hitting .286. She also paced Bard with 19 assists along with a co-leading four service aces.
