Senior shortstop Andrea Carey closed out her career in strong fashion for the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In seven games last week, Carey batted .560 (14-for-25) with two doubles, two triples, two home runs, four runs scored and nine runs batted in. In a doubleheader sweep of Mount Saint Vincent that clinched a Skyline Tournament berth, Carey went 3-for-8 with a triple, two home runs and nine runs batted in. She also went 5-for-9 in the Skyline Tournament.
