Mount Saint Mary College freshman shortstop Wilson Rosa batted .478 (11-for-23) in a 4-2 week for the Blue Knights last week. Rosa, who had three runs batted in and four runs scored, was also 4-for-5 in stolen bases. He hit safely in five of Mount Saint Mary’s six games last week while striking out just once in 25 plate appearances. He he went 4-for-5 in the first game of a Skyline doubleheader against Manhattanville.
