Freshman forward Kevin Garlan scored in double figures three times last week for the College of Mount Saint Vincent in earning Rookie of the Week honors. Garlan averaged 13.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.3 steals while shooting 51.4 percent from the floor. He had 17 points, five rebounds and four assists in a non-conference win over Green Mountain. Garlan also scored 12 against Stevens and 11 versus St. Joseph’s.
