Freshman guard Ryan Samuel earns Rookie of the Week honors for a second straight week after averaging 12.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in a 2-0 week for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Samuel, who matched his season-high with 20 points against Centenary, lifted the Mariners to a 66-65 come-from-behind win with a shot at the buzzer.
