Freshman guard Ryan Samuel earns Rookie of the Week honors after averaging 14.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals in three games for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy last week. Samuel recorded two of his three highest scoring in games in conference play last week with 20 points against Yeshiva and 14 against Stevens.
