SUNY Old Westbury freshman center Joshua Frazier earns Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week honors after averaging 22.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocked shots in a 1-1 week for the Panthers. In a tough 96-91 loss at Old Westbury, Frazier was the game’s co-leading scorer with 21 points. He then recorded a double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds as the Panthers rallied for a 71-63 victory over Centenary.
