Sophomore midfielder Brad Silveira recorded four points on a goal and two assists in a 2-0-1 week for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy last week. Silveira figured in the scoring in two of the four goals in the Mariners’ 4-0 Skyline Conference victory over Old Westbury. In a 3-1 win over Manhattanville on Saturday, he set up Will Sprouse for the eventual game-winning goal in the second half. Silveira currently leads USMMA with four assists on the season.
