Freshman middle blocker Jesselyn LaValley continues to be a standout for the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In three matches last week, LaValley averaged 2.0 kills, 2.67 digs and 1.67 blocks per game. She had 13 kills, 15 digs and five blocks while hitting .360 in a five-game match against Hunter College.
