Manhattanville College junior catcher Michele Ribeiro batted .421 (8-for-19) with two doubles, two home runs and 10 runs batted in for the Valiants last week. Ribeiro’s two home runs gave her 11 for the season, breaking the Manhattanville single-season record. In the Valiants’ opening-round game in the Skyline Tournament, she had a double, home run and five runs batted in against Centenary.
