Centenary College sophomore Jessa Jones got her season off to a strong start in a doubleheader against Baptist Bible College. Jones, the 2005 Skyline Co-Rookie of the Year, went 4-for-7 with a double, triple, home run, three runs scored and three runs batted in. She had 10 total bases in seven at-bats (1.429 slugging percentage).
