United States Merchant Marine Academy freshman guard Stephanie Waller was selected as the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week after averaging 12.5 points, 3.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds in two games. Waller, who shot 60 percent from 3-point range and 80 percent from the free-throw line, scored a season-high 18 points against City Tech. She contributed seven points, four assists and three rebounds against Rutgers-Newark.
