Freshman guard Kristen Hetsko averaged 12.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in three games for the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Hetsko scored in double figures in all three games for the Mariners. She opened her career with 11 points, two assists and two steals against New England College and also scored 14 points with five rebounds in a 90-51 win over York.
