Woodhead won the 50-yard freestyle (21.61) and 100-yard backstroke (55.49) events on Jan. 11 in Old Westbury’s 89-81 victory over Brooklyn…also swam a leg on the winning 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.80)…posted season-best times in both the 50-yard free and 100-yard backstroke.
