Matthews averaged 21.3 points, 18.0 rebounds and 2.6 blocks over three contests to earn his third Skyline Player of the Week citation of the season…scored 21 points and grabbed 21 rebounds on Dec. 5 as Farmingdale State earned a 78-57 win over Purchase…poured in 29 points and pulled down 25 boards in the Rams’ 73-57 victory over Valley Forge Christian Academy…was named to the all-tournament team at the Doc Greene Tournament at Juniata.
