Mike Barrar of Manhattanville was chosen the co-Rookie of the Week after hitting .300 on the week as the Valiants improved to 12-7 in Conference play.  He tallied five RBI in the six games in which he appeared.  Barrar had an RBI single to give the Valiants an early lead against Mt. St. Mary and then drove in two runs against Old Westbury.  Defensively he threw out two runners at the plate from right field.
